The 4 games can be used in workshops both chronologically and on an ad hoc basis.
Generally, we proceed as follows:
- Digital project quest will allow you to launch a reflection on your project by soliciting the participation of stakeholders.
- Customer relationship quest will be used in small one-off activities (or for a change of pace, a break)
- User odyssey quest will allow you to work on your target audiences: who are they, how are they, …?
- Finally, User journey quest will allow you to establish the connections between you (and your products) and your users.
