A one-minute jolt can sometimes be followed by an hour-long debriefing. Based on this principle of Master Thiagi, we have built this game with a series of quotes that challenge the relationship we have with our clients. Right, wrong? Relevant, not relevant? What is a higher priority? How can we proceed by elimination?

How to play ?

We advise throwing jolts in the form of breaks during other creative or reflective processes. These moments, which should be brief, allow you to take a few minutes out of the main activity to clear your head, consider another point of view, and even come up with new ideas. The aim is to increase the fluency with which players are able to handle the concepts and principles associated with the theme of customer relations.
